Your role

As Business Travel Agent, you organize and manage inbound tourist activities, handle bookings, and welcome groups. You are the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and guides, and you actively contribute to the commercial development of our Travel activities.

Your responsibilities

  • You organize and oversee tours, transfers, and excursions.

  • You manage bookings via phone, email, website, hotels, and tour operators.

  • You ensure customer reception and logistical coordination.

  • You handle the administrative follow-up of files and proposals.

  • You take part in sales, customer retention, and prospecting for new clients.

  • You manage the social media channels related to Travel activities.

  • You work closely with the sales and operations teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

What a day as a Travel Agent looks like

  • Before leaving home, you log in to check the day’s figures and any potential trip cancellations.

  • You arrive in central Brussels 30 minutes before our buses depart to make sure everything is in order and to provide a positive first contact by guiding our customers.

  • Once the buses have left, you return to our offices in Neder-Over-Heembeek, where you follow up on bookings for the coming days and act as a primary contact for customers experiencing problems, offering them the best possible solutions — for you, nothing is impossible!

  • You participate in developing new services, whether in collaboration with your team or by promoting them to potential clients; you do not hesitate to go out into the field to create a positive connection from the very first interaction.

  • Before finishing your day, you write a funny and/or inspiring post and publish it on our social media. You truly are the face of Keolis Travel!

Vereisten

  • You speak French, English and Dutch fluently; any additional language is a valuable asset.

  • You have a strong service orientation and enjoy fieldwork, supported by commercial awareness and administrative rigor.

  • You enjoy working in a team and are able to manage your priorities as well as unexpected situations.

  • You are willing to work one weekend out of three, with compensatory time off during the week.
